Crave Culinary Festival

This one is for the foodies.
CRAVE Culinary Festival returns to Mark Arts this week (9/15 - 9/19) bringing together some of Wichitaâs best chefs, restaurants and beverage makers for a week of workshops, pairings and, of course, plenty of good food.
The week culminates with the signature Foodie Fair on Saturday 9/19, kicking off with our friend and Wichita food creator Chris Jackson of Jackstacks.Eats before guests taste their way through local culinary partners and cast their vote for the CRAVE Fan Favorite. Come hungry.

Together with Riordan Clinic
Ever wondered what goes on inside those weird domes at Riordan Clinic?
I finally found out by trying their Check Your Health lab testing.
The process was simple: a quick blood draw, then a follow-up Zoom where a provider walked me through my results. Turns out my Vitamin D was low, Iâd never heard of lutein (also low), and yes, I need more veggies.
But whatâs more important than getting tested once? Getting tested again. Thatâs how you find out whatâs improved, what hasnât, and what you still need to work on.
This seasonâs Check Your Health ends September 25, so call this week to schedule your discounted lab profile.

Salvation Army
Congrats to the Salvation Army on 140 years of great work in Wichita!

One of my favorite parts of running Wichita over a good part of the last decade is meeting the amazing people in Wichita.
Yes, that means you.
We are hosting a happy hour at one of the coolest venues with one of the best views in town, The Ninth Floor Club + Venue (formerly the Petroleum Club) tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15th.
Feel free to stop by right after work for 5 minutes or a couple of hours. There will be drinks for purchase and complimentary light hors dâoeuvres (guess how many times that took me to get the spelling right).
